Overview
We want you to be happy with your order. We offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information. Returns are available for orders shipped within the United States.
To request a return authorization (RMA), email support@superactionsport.com with your order number, the item(s), and the reason for the return.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
- For footwear, the shoe box must be returned inside a shipping carton. Do not place tape or labels directly on the shoe box.
- All accessories, inserts, and packaging materials must be included.
- Returns sent without a valid RMA will not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping Cost
In all approved cases, we provide a prepaid return shipping label so your return can be tracked and processed at our facility. Whether that label is free depends on the reason for the return.
Free return shipping applies when the return is due to:
- A defective item
- An item that is incorrect or does not match your order
- A sizing or fit issue (for example, the item runs small, large, narrow, or wide compared to our size guide)
Return shipping fee applies for all other reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer wanting the item. In these cases, a flat return shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your refund. You will still receive a prepaid label; you do not need to arrange your own shipping.
We will confirm which category applies when we approve your RMA, so you know in advance whether a fee will apply.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@superactionsport.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for the return.
- If your request is approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number, prepaid return label, and return instructions, along with confirmation of whether your return qualifies for free shipping.
- Ship the item using the prepaid return label and follow the instructions provided.

Please use the prepaid return label provided in your RMA email and follow the included instructions.
Inspection and Outcome
- Once received, our team will inspect the returned item within 3 to 5 business days to verify that it meets the return eligibility requirements and that the reason for return matches the item’s condition.
- If the return does not meet the eligibility requirements, the item may be sent back to you, and additional shipping charges may apply.
- If a return is submitted as defective, incorrect, or a fit issue but inspection shows the item does not meet those criteria, the standard return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or worn items
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Hygiene-sensitive products (such as socks or underwear) once opened

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order. If the exchange is due to a defective item, incorrect item, or our error, please contact us and we will assist you with the replacement at no additional shipping cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@superactionsport.com with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days after the inspection is completed. If a return shipping fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount before it is issued.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, please contact us at support@superactionsport.com.
Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
