We want you to be happy with your order. We offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information. Returns are available for orders shipped within the United States.
To request a return authorization (RMA), email support@superactionsport.com with your order number, the item(s), and the reason for the return.
Return eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.
- For footwear, the shoe box must be returned inside a shipping carton. Do not place tape or labels directly on the shoe box.
- All accessories, inserts, and packaging materials must be included.
- Returns sent without a valid RMA will not be accepted or processed.
Return shipping
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you for approved returns.
- To receive your label, email support@superactionsport.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will send your RMA number, prepaid return label, packing instructions, and the deadline to ship your return.
How to start a return

- If your request is approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number, prepaid return label, and return instructions.
- Ship the item using the prepaid return label and follow the instructions provided.

Please use the prepaid return label provided in your RMA email and follow the included instructions.
Inspection and outcome
- Once received, our team will inspect the returned item within 3 to 5 business days to verify that it meets the return eligibility requirements.
- If the return does not meet the requirements, the item may be sent back to you, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or worn items
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Hygiene-sensitive products (such as socks or underwear) once opened

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order. If the exchange is due to a defective item or our error, please contact us and we will assist you with the replacement.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@superactionsport.com with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, please contact us at support@superactionsport.com.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days after the inspection is completed.
Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
