Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
- All orders must include a valid physical delivery address.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume periods.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
At checkout, you can choose between two shipping options:
Standard Shipping
- Cost: Free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
- Estimated shipping time after dispatch: 3 to 7 business days
- Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping): 4 to 10 business days
Fast / Expedited Shipping
- Cost: Calculated and shown at checkout
- Estimated shipping time after dispatch: 2 to 3 business days
- Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping): 3 to 6 business days
Select your preferred option at checkout before completing your order.
Shipments are handled by trusted U.S. carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination, package weight, and warehouse routing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or seasonal surges.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us if:
- The shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete
- The carrier is unable to deliver the package
- The package is refused by the recipient
If this happens, we will contact you to confirm your details and arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in these cases. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, we may issue a refund for the order, excluding shipping costs if applicable.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us right away at support@superactionsport.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (for damaged items)
Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Taxes
Sales tax is applied at checkout according to state and local regulations based on your shipping address. No customs duties apply for shipments within the United States.
