Orders

Placing & managing
your order.

Browse our store, select your product and size, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, follow the checkout process to complete your purchase securely.

If your order has not yet been processed, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@superactionsport.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we are no longer able to make changes or cancellations.

Shipping

Delivery, tracking
& carriers.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. A valid physical delivery address is required for all orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery: 4 to 10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery: 3 to 6 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.

Standard Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.

Expedited Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination.

We ship with trusted U.S. carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used may vary depending on your destination, package weight, and warehouse routing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Our 30-day
return policy.

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking information. Returns are available for orders shipped within the United States.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and returned in original packaging. For footwear, the shoe box must be returned inside a shipping carton — please do not place tape or labels directly on the shoe box.

The following items cannot be returned: Final Sale items, gift cards, used or worn items, items missing original tags or packaging, and hygiene-sensitive products once opened.

To start a return, email us at support@superactionsport.com with your order number, the item(s), and the reason for your return.

No. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you for all approved returns.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you an RMA number, your prepaid return label, packing instructions, and the deadline to ship your return.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is processed.

If the exchange is due to a defective item or our error, please contact us at support@superactionsport.com and we will assist you with the replacement directly.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@superactionsport.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 3 to 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days after inspection is completed.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@superactionsport.com.
