Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date indicated by the carrier’s tracking information. To request a return authorization (RMA), please email support@superactionsport.com with your Order Number, item(s), and reason for the return.


Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

For footwear, the shoe box must be returned inside a shipping carton (no tape or labels directly on the shoe box). All accessories, inserts, and packaging materials must be included.

Returns sent without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted or processed.


Return shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer for approved returns.

To receive your return label, please contact support@superactionsport.com with your Order Number, item(s), and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will send you the RMA number, prepaid return label, packing instructions, and the deadline to ship your return.

Please ship your return using the prepaid return label provided in your RMA email and follow the instructions provided.


Inspection & outcome

Once received, our team will inspect the returned item within 3–5 business days to verify that it meets the return eligibility requirements.

If the return does not meet the requirements, the item may be sent back to the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply.


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or worn items

  • Items missing original tags or packaging

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (such as socks or underwear) once opened

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.

If the exchange is due to a defective item or our error, please contact us and we will assist you with the replacement.


Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@superactionsport.com with photos so we can resolve the issue.


Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days after the inspection is completed.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the credit.
