Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window starting on the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking. To request a return authorization (RMA), please email support@superactionsport.com with your Order #, item(s), and reason.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging/box. For footwear, the shoe box must be returned inside a shipping carton (no tape or labels directly on the shoe box). All accessories and inserts must be included.
Returns without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
Who Pays for the Return Label
Our fault / defective / wrong item shipped:
We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Customer remorse (e.g., size/color change, changed mind):
Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or must be paid by you, as instructed in your RMA email.
Please note that the deduction amount can be up to USD 20, depending on the return shipping cost.

Email support@superactionsport.com If approved, we’ll send your RMA and return label (or instructions), along with packing guidelines and the deadline to ship your return.

Please ship with a trackable service. You are responsible for the item until it is received and checked in at our facility.
Inspection & outcome
Once received, we will inspect your return within 3–5 business days. We may approve, partially approve (e.g., missing items/damaged packaging), or reject the return if it does not meet the conditions above. Rejected returns may be sent back to you; additional shipping charges may apply.
Non-returnable items
- Final Sale items and gift cards
- Worn/used items or items missing tags/packaging
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., socks/underwear) once opened

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order. If the exchange is due to our error or a defective product, contact us—we may cover outbound shipping on the replacement.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@superactionsport.com with photos so we can make it right.
Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days pass after approval and you still don’t see the refund, please email support@superactionsport.com
