At Super Action Sport, we are committed to providing a smooth, fast, and reliable shipping experience for all our customers across the United States.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

All orders must include a valid physical delivery address.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing time may be extended during peak periods or promotional events.

Shipping Method

All orders ship via Standard Shipping, provided free of charge.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time (processing + shipping): 4–10 business days.

Shipments are handled by trusted U.S. carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

The carrier used depends on destination, package weight, and warehouse routing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control—such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or seasonal surges.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us if:

  • The shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • The carrier is unable to deliver the package
  • The package is refused by the recipient

If this occurs, we will contact you to confirm your details and arrange re-shipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.

If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, we may issue a refund for the order (excluding any shipping costs, if applicable).


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment arrives damaged, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@superactionsport.com

Include the following:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (for damaged items)

Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Taxes

  • Sales tax is applied at checkout according to state and local regulations based on your shipping address.
  • No customs duties apply for shipments within the United States.
