What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking information.
Items must be:
- unused
- unwashed
- with all original tags
- in the original packaging
Footwear must be returned with the shoe box inside a shipping carton (no labels or tape directly on the shoe box).
How do I start a return?

If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product:
We provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
If the return is due to customer preference (size, color, change of mind):
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or paid by the customer.
The deduction may be up to $20 depending on the return shipping cost.

Yes, the fastest way to receive a different size or product is to return the original item and place a new order.
