We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. A valid physical address is required.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking information.

Items must be:

  • unused
  • unwashed
  • with all original tags
  • in the original packaging

Footwear must be returned with the shoe box inside a shipping carton (no labels or tape directly on the shoe box).

How do I start a return?

  • the item(s) you want to return
  • the reason for the return

If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product:

We provide a prepaid return label at no cost.

If the return is due to customer preference (size, color, change of mind):

Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or paid by the customer.

The deduction may be up to $20 depending on the return shipping cost.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, the fastest way to receive a different size or product is to return the original item and place a new order.

If the exchange is due to our mistake or a defective item, please contact our support team.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@superactionsport.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
